Robin Higa
Robin es una madre de familia líder en la comunidad y trabaja como consultora para la
organización de National Alliance of Children’s Trust and Prevention funds.
Participa como voulntaria en el Council for Children and Families y en su iniciativa
de Strengthening Families. Ella es la autora de la Guía de Orientación para los Cafés Comunitarios. Robin tiene dos hijos adultos. Ella brinda un reconocimiento a sus abuelas, a su familia y a la red social de sus padres por haber establecido los lineamientos de su trabajo.
Robin is a Parent Leader Consultant for the National Alliance of Children’s Trust and Prevention funds and volunteers for Council for Children and Families and their Strengthening Families Washington initiative. She is the author of the Community Café Orientation guide. Robin has two grown children and credits her grandmothers, family and parent network as lifelines to her work.
Alicia Luna
Alicia es miembro del Community Café Leadership Team de Olympiia,
miembro de Familias Latinas, un grupo de padres Hispanos/Latinos del condado 
de Thurston que organiza cafés comunitarios con la intención de desarrollar las
asociaciones necesarias para el fortalecimiento de las familias y dar rendimiento
a una ciudadanía informada, autosuficiente y compasiva. Ella tambien es miembro de Thurston Community Network. Alicia reside en Lacey, WA y es trabajadora jubilada de Qwest y ex trabajodora del gobierno estatal. Intereses y pasatimepos incluyen carreras de dragon boat, corredor de maratón, senderismo, y cazeria.
Alicia is a member of the Community Café Leadership Team in Olympia and a member of Familias Latinas, a group of Hispanic/Latino parents from Thurston County who host Community Cafes with the intent of developing necessary partnerships to strengthen families and render informed self-sufficient compassionate citizenry. She is also a board member of the Thurston Community Network. Alicia resides in Lacey, WA and is a Qwest retiree and former state worker. Interests and hobbies include dragon boat racing, long distance running, hiking, and hunting.
Fátima González-Galindo
Fatima es mexicana de nacimiento que radica en la ciudad de Olympia, Washington desde 1993. Es voluntaria de organizaciones como el programa de Tumwater Youth, el Grupo de Familias Latinas, el Ministerio Hispano de la Iglesia de St. Michael, el equipo de liderazgo de los Cafés Comunitarios y recientemente comenzó a colaborar en Alliance National Parent Partnership Council.Dentro de los Cafés Comunitarios ha participado los últimos 3 años en el equipo líder, el cual se reúne al menos 2 veces por mes. Fátima es anfitriona del Café Comunitario de Rochester, el cual dirige con un grupo de padres de familia muy activos.
 Su sueño es poder ver a los jóvenes latinos en los Estados Unidos graduarse en la universidad y tener una vida con éxito. Y para los latinos en general poder vivir es este país sin miedos, con libertad y alcanzar las metas que se propongan.
Fátima was born in México and has lived in Olympia, Washington since 1993. Is a volunteer of organizations such as Tumwater Youth Program, the Group of Familias Latinas, and the Hispanic Group at St. Michael Church and was recently selected to be an Alliance National Parent Partnership Council member. She has been a Community Café leadership team member for 3 years. Fátima helps to host cafés in Rochester, WA. This café is hosted by two other parents in partnership with the ROOF Community Center.
Her dream is to see more young Latinos in the United States graduate from college, have a life filled with success and for Latinos to be able to live is this country without fears, with freedom and be able to reach their goals. She believes in not looking back and looking forward for possibilities to move from adversity!
Steve Byers
 Steve trabaja con líderes, organizaciones y otras comunidades para renovar conversaciones esenciales. Su pasión es ayudar a los sistemas humanos a pensar, aprender y trabajar juntos -- mejor. Como graduado del programa de Organización del Renovamiento de Sistemas (OSR), Steve diseña y produce un cambio significativo a través de relaciones de colaboración. él es un profesional con vasta experiencia en el World Café y otros métodos de llevar a cabo conversaciones significativas. El dirige el evento del Primer Miércoles de Conversación en el Café Traditions Fair Trade en el centro histórico de Olympia.
Steve works with leaders, organizations and other communities to renew essential conversations. His passion is helping human systems think, learn, and work together -- better. As a graduate of the Organization Systems Renewal (OSR) program, Steve designs and leads significant change through collaborative relationships. He is an experienced practitioner of the World Café and other methods of hosting meaningful conversations. He hosts the First Wednesday Conversation at Traditions Fair Trade Café in Olympia.
Maricela Sánchez Caballero
Maricela es una joven madre de familia,líder de la comunidad que reside en Tumwater, 
Washington. Como inmigrante de México, ella empezó a ayudar a la comunidad latina
a través de su trabajo voluntario en el Grupo de Familias Latinas en el Condado de Thurston
desde hace dos años, donde ella aprendió acerca del enfoque del Café Comunitario. Con una
carrera en Administración de Empresas, ella comenzó a hacer parte del Equipo de Liderazgo
de los Cafés Comunitarios haciendo diferentes tipos de trabajo administrativo y de comunicaciones.
Maricela is a young community parent leader who resides in Tumwater, Washington. As an immigrant from Mexico, she started helping the Latino community trough her volunteer work at the Familias Latinas Group in North Thurston County two years ago, where she learned about the Community Café approach. With a Business Administration background, she supports the Community Café Leadership Team by helping others start cafés, communications and administrative work.

Agustín es un actor Mexicano de profesión, cuenta cuentos, y maestro de idiomas. Le gusta y disfruta ser anfitrión de cafés comunitarios por que tienen un sentido en su vida. A través de estos puede ayudar a su propia comunidad. También le gusta viajar y donde quiera que el va habla de los cafés comunitarios.
Agustin is a Mexican professional actor, story teller, and language educator. He likes and enjoys hosting community cafés because it has a meaning in his life. Through that he can help his own community. He loves to travel and everywhere he goes he talks about community cafés.
Amber HuffsticklerAmber recientemente ha emigrado de la Costa este de los 
Estados Unidos.Ella es una AmeriCorps que sirve como
voluntaria en la organización Grub en Olympia, WA.
Como coordinadora de Jardines, Amber está buscando maneras
diferentes de crear conciencia y sentido de comunidad a través de cultivar alimentos.
Con experiencia en agricultura y maestra de educación primaria, Amber ha valorado la vía del dialogo y honra la procedencia de cada persona y las diferentes culturas. Ella aspira a ser un líder positivo para facilitar conversaciones significativas.
Amber has recently migrated from the East Cost to serve as an AmeriCorps volunteer at Grub(Garden-Raised-Bounty) in Olympia, WA. As the Backyard Gardens Coordinator, Amber is exploring different ways to build self-awareness and community trough growing food. With a background of farm education and elementary teaching, Amber has come to value
the way of dialogue, honors diverse backgrounds. She aspires to be a positive leader in facilitating meaningful conversations.
Paula Steinke
Paula lives in North Bend and works on the field of early childhood education at the Child Care Resources in Seattle.
She is grateful to be sustained and inspired by partnerships with Strengthening Families and Community Café. With two daughters in college, Paula spends many peaceful hours reading in her back yard refreshed by mountain air, green trees, a red dog and a white cat. She enjoys swimming, drumming, public radio, board games, sharing meals with friends, learning laughing, and most of all meaningful conversations with caring people.
Paula vive en North Bend y trabaja en el campo de la educación preescolar en la organización de Recursos de cuidado del niño en Seattle. Ella está agradecida de ser apoyada e inspirada por las alianzas con la organización de Fortalecimiento de las Familias y el Café Comunitario. Con dos hijas en el colegio. Paula pasa muchas horas pacíficas leyendo en el patio trasero de su casa, con el aire refrescante de la montaña, árboles verdes, un perro rojo y un gato blanco. Le gusta nadar, tocar los tambores, el radio público, juegos de mesa, compartir comidas con amigos, aprender, reír y sobre todo las conversaciones significativas con personas que les importa ayudar a otros.
Kyle Mills
Kyle es nativo de Olympia, WA. Recientemente se incorporó al equipo de liderazgo de Cafés Comunitarios. 
Kyle es el miembro más joven del grupo. Él es un junior en la prepartoria de Tumwater . Los últimos años ha sido el ayudante de entrenador del equipo de Voleibol de su escuela. En su tiempo libre es voluntario en el programa de jóvenes en la ciudad de Tumwater, en el cual él proporciona un lugar seguro para que los jóvenes se divirtieran. Él también es un árbitro de voleibol, softbol, baloncesto y béisbol. Kyle es mentor de otros jóvenes que quieren ser árbitros. Kyle pone mucho empeño en su liderazgo. Su sueño personal es para ser aceptado en Cal Maritime(Universidad)
Kyle is native of Olympia, WA. He recently joined the Community Café Leadership Team. He is the youngest member of the group. He is a junior atTumwater High School. The last couple years he has been the manager of the high school volleyball team. In his free time he volunteers at the Tumwater Youth Programs providing a safe place for youth to have fun. He also officiates Volleyball, slow pitch softball, baseball, fast pitch and basketball. He has mentored other youth to be sport officials. He takes pride in his leadership. His personal dream is to be accepted at Cal Maritime.
